Customer Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure material shipments for all product groups are delivered with the correct time, quantity, and price in accordance with company procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve requests through various communication channels in line with defined KPIs
• Manage and follow up on transfer processes related to export and customs
• Perform all entry and exit registration procedures for product group operations within the ERP system
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales support or customer order management
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office programs
• Intermediate level of English and fluency in Turkish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive spare parts sector
• Proficiency in PowerBI skills
