About the role
Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in person
- Manage customer bookings, cancellations, amendments, and financial activities including payments and refunds
- Handle back-office production tasks such as stock management, office procurement, and daily exports
- Resolve production issues including ID checks and delivery troubleshooting
- Manage sales enquiries and arrange complex, high-quality itineraries
- Upsell and cross-sell company services and products to meet client expectations
- Represent the company during B2B and B2C events
Requirements
- Degree or national qualification in business or travel agencies
- Proven experience traveling in Japan (must have visited at least once)
- At least one year of experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency in Italian (Native or proficient)
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (Business conversational)
- Proficiency with Google Drive and common internet applications
- Eligible to work in Europe and living within commuting distance of Madrid
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work towards KPIs
