About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support sales programs, customer meetings, line reviews, and special initiatives.
  • Manage customer-facing item setup, cost validation, and product maintenance across domestic, Direct Import, and ecommerce channels.
  • Own weekly POS reporting, trend analysis, and the distribution of actionable insights to the Sales team.
  • Analyze promotional performance, including lift, execution quality, and markdown exposure.
  • Conduct competitive pricing reviews, assortment analysis, and market checks.
  • Serve as a liaison with brokers and Customer Care to resolve data, order, and execution issues.
  • Support Direct Import operations, including item setup, tracking, compliance, and shipment visibility.
  • Maintain ecommerce content accuracy and product data to drive discoverability and conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Ecommerce Operations within the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business tools.
  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with POS data, customer systems, or item setup processes.
  • Experience with ecommerce product content management.
  • Exposure to Direct Import operations, compliance processes, or global supply chain workflows.
  • Experience using customer portals or specialized reporting platforms.
