Customer Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, validation, and confirmation within the ERP system.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer master data, pricing conditions, delivery details, and materials.
• Monitor the order lifecycle, proactively managing backorders, partial shipments, and rescheduling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Sales regarding order status, delays, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage customer service and product complaints, ensuring proper documentation, classification, and timely follow-up.
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial offers, ensuring consistency between quotations, pricing, and orders.
• Support tender processes end-to-end, including opportunity screening, documentation coordination, and timely submission.
• Maintain pricing structures and support periodic price increase processes through cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Administrative profile with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or similar roles.
• Knowledge or exposure to tender processes is highly valued.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian is considered a plus.
