Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods in SAP
- Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues
- Communicate proactively regarding delays or changes
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status and resolve discrepancies or complaints
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Participate in projects to improve order management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience preferred
