Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods in SAP
  • Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues
  • Communicate proactively regarding delays or changes
  • Provide timely updates to customers on order status and resolve discrepancies or complaints
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in projects to improve order management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP experience preferred
