Customer Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer experience and omni-channel sales results
• Coach and provide feedback to Customer Experience Representatives on service models and sales techniques
• Manage store inventory operations and execute inventory management processes
• Drive omni-sales program activities and ensure effective use of sales floor technology
• Support the implementation of new digital rollouts through training and coaching
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and manage the sales floor
• Participate in the joint health and safety committee to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers
• Support talent development by participating in hiring and training activities

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
• Demonstrated experience leading others
• Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Québec
