Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers via inbound calls, emails, and live-chat
- Collate and share customer feedback with other departments to improve the customer journey
- Identify and solve customer payment queries
- Use bilingual skills to assist customers in Spanish or French
- Own customer queries from escalation through to resolution
- Perform administrative tasks for in-life customers
- Use Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and other software tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish or French in addition to English
- Previous experience or interest in a career in FinTech
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
