Customer Operations Executive

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We are one of the UK’s newest unicorns and a fast-growing fintech company, having rebuilt consumer finance products like loans, credit cards, and car finance from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure every interaction reflects a commitment to putting customers first
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to drive US Cards program success
• Aim for first-contact resolution on customer queries
• Escalate risks that may negatively impact customer outcomes
• Identify and record customer dissatisfaction and work toward complaint resolution
• Meet individual and team performance targets to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict gracefully and maintain composure
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Ability to work rotating weekly shifts to align with US operating hours
• Ability to attend 4-6 weeks of training in the London office

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking skills
• Previous experience in financial services or consumer lending
• Familiarity with US-based work environments and customer expectations
