Customer Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale accounts across the EMEIA region, overseeing the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers and internal stakeholders regarding supply chain queries
• Prepare and edit order confirmations, process cancellations, credits, debits, and returns
• Coordinate with transportation teams and carriers to monitor shipment flow and manage customer delivery bookings
• Work closely with the accounts receivable team to reconcile invoices and investigate discrepancies
• Support the Assistant Manager with daily tasks, team training, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor customer order books to maximize product availability for regional events and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills for producing reports and interpreting large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with international customers
• Understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing orders within SAP (AFS)
• Understanding of order lifecycle activities, shipping, and credit processes
