Customer Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for distributors regarding all supply-related matters.
• Own end-to-end customer order management to ensure consistent, on-time order fulfillment across NAM markets.
• Act as the key supply interface for Commercial and Sales teams to support service delivery and a seamless customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to balance priorities.
• Monitor and manage the flow of product from global manufacturing sites to ensure achievement of on-time and in-full (OTIF) service targets.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve supply or delivery risks that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and sharing best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning, or logistics roles.
• Experience within the beverage alcohol or fast-paced CPG industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in order management systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage expectations independently.
