About the role

Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation appointments and ensure client sites are ready for setup
  • Manage backend on-site training requests and technical visits for normal or emergency cases
  • Lead the onboarding process for all products, including RMS, Foodics Online, and Foodics Pay
  • Monitor assigned tasks and projects to ensure service delivery meets SLAs
  • Educate customers via phone regarding onboarding sequences
  • Train clients on setting up menus, recipes, and inventory products
  • Build and update customer menus, recipes, and inventory items within the platform

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Networking, Computer Information System, or Computer Science preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or SaaS companies
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation
