About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage customer support issues to assess urgency and assign prioritization
- Utilize internal and external tools to complete SOP requirements
- Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers via phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues
- Create documentation for processes to support specific experiments and initiatives
- Support new operational processes and pilots
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management
- Ability to prioritize varying tasks and adapt to changing environments
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve situations where procedures are insufficient
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Comfort working with varying levels of ambiguity
