Customer Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Smartly.io's products, communicating and implementing solutions tailored to new customer needs.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver customized onboarding plans for Tier 1-3 key customers.
• Own the technical execution of onboarding, ensuring account setups are optimized for long-term success.
• Train clients on platform essentials, including reporting views, campaign performance metrics, and feed automations.
• Tailor the onboarding journey to address specific customer challenges and drive product adoption.
• Create visually impactful presentations using Google Slides to communicate onboarding strategies and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of digital advertising experience.
• Exposure to Meta paid social and programmatic media buying.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
