Customer Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Smartly.io's products and services to implement solutions for new customers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored onboarding plans for Tier 1-3 key customers.
• Take ownership of the technical execution of onboarding, ensuring successful account setup and platform adoption.
• Train clients on key platform aspects, including reporting views, automation via feeds, and workflow optimization.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to drive time-to-value and relieve pressure on Customer Success Managers.
• Create visually appealing decks using Google Slides to communicate onboarding strategies and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of digital advertising experience.
• Exposure to paid social platforms (specifically Meta) and programmatic media buying.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Slides for creating impactful client presentations.
• Strong project management skills and a detail-oriented approach to complex technical setups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders.
