Halter is on a mission to enable farmers and graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations through innovative technology. Backed by Tier 1 investors, we are transforming the grazing industry by helping producers break free from conventional constraints.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Halter's launch motion and playbook across South America (Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil)
- Own regional launch outcomes and new deployment ARR
- Hire, onboard, and develop the South American Launch team
- Spend time in the field on estancias and fazendas to understand producer needs
- Partner with global Product, Sales, and Rev Ops teams to adapt frameworks to the local market
- Track key launch metrics including activation, adoption, and time-to-value
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing teams in customer onboarding, deployment, or operations
- Proven track record of owning commercial or operational outcomes
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work in South America
- Experience in agriculture or cattle ranching, specifically with extensive grazing systems
- Ability to operate independently within a global organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching or scaling a new market or 0-to-1 motion
- Familiarity with the South American beef sector
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience in ag-tech
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Intercom, or Mixpanel
