About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
  • Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and vetting processes
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight and support for workers regarding clock-ins, pay, and performance
  • Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Operations, and Worker Support teams
  • Resolve on-site issues, manage incidents, and escalate performance concerns as needed
  • Oversee shift scheduling, staffing coverage, and PPE distribution
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and expansion

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, manufacturing, or retail)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
