About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
- Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and vetting processes
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight and support for workers regarding clock-ins, pay, and performance
- Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Operations, and Worker Support teams
- Resolve on-site issues, manage incidents, and escalate performance concerns as needed
- Oversee shift scheduling, staffing coverage, and PPE distribution
- Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and expansion
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, manufacturing, or retail)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
