Customer On-Site

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
• Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and vetting processes
• Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and staffing coverage
• Support workers with daily needs such as clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
• Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Operations, and Worker Support teams
• Resolve on-site issues, manage incidents, and escalate performance concerns as needed
• Oversee shift and schedule management, including the distribution of PPE

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships with both workers and stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
