About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
- Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and vetting processes
- Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and staffing coverage
- Support workers with daily needs such as clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
- Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
- Resolve on-site issues, manage incidents, and escalate performance concerns as needed
- Oversee shift and schedule management and manage the distribution of PPE
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships with both workers and stakeholders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
