About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
  • Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and scheduling
  • Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and staffing coverage
  • Support workers with clock-ins, pay inquiries, and performance feedback
  • Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
  • Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges proactively
  • Manage shift schedules and the distribution of PPE

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, retail)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse or manufacturing environments
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
