About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
- Manage worker onboarding, including introductions, check-ins, and scheduling
- Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and staffing coverage
- Support workers with clock-ins, pay inquiries, and performance feedback
- Act as a communication bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
- Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges proactively
- Manage shift schedules and the distribution of PPE
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, warehouse, retail)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
