Customer On-Site

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
• Manage worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins
• Coordinate worker vetting, drug testing, and scheduling for new hires
• Provide day-to-day worker support regarding clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
• Act as the communication bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
• Oversee on-site operational execution, including shift management and PPE distribution
• Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges proactively
• Drive account growth by identifying wallet expansion opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments
• Professional demeanor with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
