Customer On-Site

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership
• Manage worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins
• Coordinate interviews, start schedules, and end-to-end vetting processes
• Provide worker support regarding clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
• Act as the communication bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including shift management and PPE distribution
• Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges proactively
• Drive account growth by identifying wallet expansion opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in staffing, warehouse operations, or on-site account coordination
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent Traba to both workers and stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
