About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage HCP networks from a commercial perspective to support patient diagnosis and treatment pathways.
- Identify and collaborate with national and local professional organizations and stakeholders.
- Evaluate patient pathways and drive alignment for interdisciplinary processes involving Centers of Excellence.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to develop network strategies and tools.
- Develop and implement customer engagement and speaker programs, including the creation of slide decks and event concepts.
- Plan and execute advisory board programs to support networks and speaker initiatives.
- Gather and distill market insights to inform internal commercial strategic and tactical decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical experience, preferably in specialized or orphan diseases.
- Prior experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM), MSL, KOL manager, or Customer Network Manager.
- Proven track record of relationship development within the industry.
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (native preferred) and English (fluent).
- Ability to travel regularly within the territory, including frequent overnight and weekend travel.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing KOL contacts within the Bone & Endocrine Disorders therapeutic area.
- Experience working effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and matrix organizations.
