About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the "voice of the customer" within the company regarding all logistics topics for military NH90 helicopters
- Serve as the focal point for coordinating subcontractors and involved partner companies
- Ensure efficient order processing for customer orders and repair requests
- Monitor and analyze key customer performance indicators (KPIs)
- Define and oversee the implementation of customer action plans
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal and external logistics services
- Coordinate and ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints
- Implement process improvements and automation measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Experience working with information systems
- Professional experience in finance, sales, marketing, or procurement
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a structured manner
- Confident, communicative, and resilient team player
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English
