Customer Material Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the "voice of the customer" within the company regarding all logistics topics for military NH90 helicopters
• Serve as the focal point for coordinating subcontractors and involved partner companies
• Ensure efficient order processing for customer orders and repair requests
• Monitor and analyze key customer performance indicators (KPIs)
• Define and oversee the implementation of customer action plans
• Develop and implement strategies to improve internal and external logistics services
• Coordinate and ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints
• Implement process improvements and automation measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Experience working with information systems
• Professional experience in finance, sales, marketing, or procurement
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong service orientation and ability to work in a structured manner
• Confident, communicative, and resilient team player
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
