Customer Master Data Specialist (Europe)

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners
• Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP
• Handle pricing master data requests via direct updates or mass uploads in SAP
• Submit timely and accurate SAP downloads for price and customer master information
• Maintain monitoring files including master data trackers and productivity tools
• Support process improvement and compliance initiatives related to ISO and Quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (business-related preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) in a hybrid setup in Makati

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Skills in VBA, Macros, and Power BI
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies
