About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure all data entry complies with company processes, policies, and standards
- Manage and respond to enquiries and requests via Salesforce cases and email
- Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints through Salesforce
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure seamless end-to-end processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with high attention to detail
- Experience involving data management within an ERP environment
- Salesforce or CRM experience/knowledge is preferred
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
