About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity of customer data within Salesforce and manage data changes in a controlled manner
- Provide high-quality support during the customer onboarding process
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries and requests via Salesforce cases and email
- Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites
- Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints through Salesforce
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and standards
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions
Requirements
- Experience with data management in an ERP environment
- Salesforce or CRM experience/knowledge
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of Visual Rams Pro
- Experience with JDE
