About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Trade Marketing for the Home Care business unit, specifically managing fabric softeners (Comfort, Fofo) and cleaners (CIF) categories.
- Manage and develop a team of over five talents.
- Develop shopper marketing strategies and collaborate on innovation projects.
- Define channel strategies, including omnichannel approaches (off + on).
- Drive category management and growth in partnership with clients.
- Connect volume plans with financial business results and manage S&OP, budgets, and forecasts.
- Optimize business strategy through Net Revenue Management (NRM).
- Execute marketing plans by translating strategy into actionable channel and regional plans.
- Oversee execution programs, including the creation of campaigns, promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
Requirements
- Complete university degree.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing or related areas.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and utilize storytelling.
- Data-driven approach with a strong interest in digital trends.
- Focus on excellence in delivery and a forward-thinking mindset.
