Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential SMB customers and use cases that demonstrate practical AI adoption and measurable business value
- Develop mini-stories, quotes, proof points, and reusable assets for web, webinars, lifecycle, and demand generation
- Create repeatable paths for sourcing, approving, tagging, and refreshing customer proof
- Stand up and run an SMB advocate community storytelling program
- Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Comms, Legal, and Events to ship high-quality work
- Track performance of SMB customer proof by audience, channel, and campaign contribution
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, product marketing, or customer advocacy
- Experience marketing to SMB audiences and translating outcomes into practical proof
- Ability to manage high volume without losing quality
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong campaign execution and cross-functional project management skills
- Comfort using data and qualitative insight to prioritize strategy
