Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and track the 5Ps by retail environment.
• Manage channel execution of the marketing plan and create customer-specific assets alongside trade marketing.
• Identify POS opportunities to increase brand visibility and execute innovation through JBP/channel plans.
• Oversee the Channel/Customer P&L and optimize trade marketing investments for profitability.
• Design promotional calendars, product assortments, and in-store displays in coordination with commercial teams.
• Lead seasonal activations and product launches across physical and digital points of sale.
• Monitor KPIs including sell-out, market share, and promotion ROI to recommend strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Perfect Store, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, trade marketing, or category management within consumer goods or appliances.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, specifically with key retailers.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
