About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact customer and shopper programmes to drive brand growth and commercial performance within the Global Travel Retail channel.
  • Translate brand strategy and shopper insights into impactful customer programmes, driving growth across activations, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Act as a key integrator across the matrix, aligning Brand, Commercial, Advocacy, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
  • Manage A&P investment, ensuring disciplined planning, tracking, and optimisation aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead measurement and evaluation (M&E) to build a strong performance culture using data and insights to optimise future activity.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to own end-to-end customer and activity planning.
  • Lead and inspire agency and external partners to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles.
  • Experience within the premium FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience working across omnichannel environments (e.g., On-Trade, Off-Trade, Digital Commerce).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in Global Travel Retail (GTR).
  • Additional language skills.
