About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement BTL strategy for the channel, working cross-functionally to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy and shopper insights.
- Put the shopper and guest at the heart of decision-making to deliver flawless execution along the path to purchase.
- Act as the Customer Marketing lead for a defined set of priority brands, discussing BTL and ATL choices in partnership with Consumer Marketing.
- Maximize ROI from A&P and GTN spend by setting clear objectives and evaluating investment decisions in a timely manner.
- Manage A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
- Work closely with Activation Managers to ensure perfect execution in key cities and hotspots.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles.
- Background in Premium or FMCG industries is preferred.
- Fluent command of both English and Spanish is essential.
- Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering shopper marketing activations or events is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to WIKC/Hotspots through Commercial or Customer/Brand Marketing.
- Experience working with BTL or Creative agencies.
- Knowledge of the channel achieved through direct work with key customers.
