Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Work Innovation Awards end-to-end, including launch, nomination pipeline, and winner activation
• Operationalize an Advocate Matching System to connect GTM needs with qualified advocates
• Develop strategic customer engagement and sourcing for high-impact use cases and multi-format assets
• Oversee the customer speaker pipeline for Work Innovation Summit events
• Execute vertical and sales play activation in partnership with Sales and Customer Success
• Scale downstream content production and cross-functional reach across the organization

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing or advocacy, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to convert customer relationships into revenue-driving activation events
• Experience operationalizing workstreams for high-velocity customer content production
• Strong collaborative relationship-building skills and strategic advocacy judgment
• Ability to work in a hybrid office-centric model (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office)
• Willingness to travel for customer events and marketing activities
