Customer Marketing Junior Specialist Direct PH

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of channel trade strategies and canvass executions
• Collaborate on channel-specific growth plans based on shopper and market insights
• Understand shopper and customer needs to increase sell-out performance
• Partner with Sales and field forces to ensure execution at Point of Sale
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies (merchandising, in-store activities)
• Track Direct Pharmacy channel performance and KPIs
• Monitor commercial strategy execution and suggest corrective actions
• Analyze competitor plans and market data
• Improve brand presence through in-store planning and execution
• Manage stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer service

Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in pharmacy environment in trade marketing roles
• Experience working in the Direct Pharmacy channel
• Experience with core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to handle numerical data
• Experience with dashboards and databases for performance monitoring
• Effective communication and coaching skills
• Knowledge of Category Management guidelines
• Strong financial acumen
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacies or commercial functions
• Sales or trade marketing experience specifically in the Direct Pharmacy channel
• Passion for customer interaction and learning
