About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM, websites, and campaign tools to identify customer trends
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Segment customers based on lifecycle and behavior for personalized marketing
- Plan and execute customer marketing campaigns including email, loyalty, and onboarding
- Manage CRM tools and customer journeys to ensure relevant communication
- Track campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and retention performance
- Design and execute operational incentive schemes to drive sales productivity
- Analyze sales team performance and support forecasting and territory planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing and data analysis within the FMCG industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer retention and loyalty strategies
- Experience working within sales operations
- Strong IT knowledge
