Customer Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and briefing of customer outreach initiatives across email, messaging, and Burberry's .com platform
• Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and updates to ensure alignment across Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams
• Coordinate regional needs and consolidate inputs to shape global campaign briefs and timings
• Manage content workflows by preparing briefs, tracking production, and routing assets for approvals
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Digital Content teams to ensure assets meet channel requirements
• Assist with QA processes for campaign assets, including links, content accuracy, and page readiness
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer marketing, CRM operations, or digital campaign coordination
• Experience within the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors is preferred
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven experience managing complex content workflows and briefing creative teams
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse internal and external stakeholders
