Customer Manager Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with commercial customers such as clubs, embassies, and law firms
• Monitor sales development and engage in active sales
• Perform administrative tasks including customer data maintenance, pricing, and managing order lists and credit files
• Create offers in coordination with sales management and assist with special projects
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, manage telephone sales, and handle complaints
• Process and maintain special prices and campaign pricing
• Support the achievement of market goals and work on efficiency improvement projects for the sales force team

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in sales or a related field, ideally in retail
• Experience with ERP systems and high proficiency in MS Office and other IT systems
• Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a team, high flexibility, and resilience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
