Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email
- Provide telephone customer support and reliable processing of incoming emails
- Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer inquiries
- Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve issues structurally
- Continuously develop through regular training on products, processes, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing
- Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a positive and open attitude
- Initial experience in customer service or similar fields, or an ambitious career changer
- High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer care
