Customer Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide professional support to a dynamic 22-person customer management team
• Analyze and improve customer management processes and define/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support sales activities and initiate the development or modification of company policies and processes
• Manage the complaint handling process, seeking customer-oriented solutions and investigating root causes
• Coordinate daily tasks and provide backup support for the group when necessary

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• 3-4 years of leadership experience in international back-office customer management
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) for professional negotiations
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI, and business reporting tools
• Basic legal and administrative knowledge
• Logical thinking, strong systems thinking, and a proactive problem-solving attitude
