About the role
Responsibilities
- Daily management of the assigned customer portfolio via phone, email, and scheduled follow-ups
- Providing customer support for information requests, orders, and service-related issues
- Monitoring and updating customer records and interactions within the company CRM system
- Analyzing emerging needs and proposing personalized solutions
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in customer service or client management
- Proficiency with IT tools, specifically CRM and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
