About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client governance models to drive service performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage service performance delivery by monitoring KPIs and SLA results
- Ensure accurate asset entitlement and endpoint registration under service contracts
- Identify and manage "bad actor" or chronic units that fail to meet quality standards
- Drive dispatch avoidance through remote resolution and business rule tuning
- Support customer engineers with account-specific procedures and site preparation information
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing disputes and concession approvals
- Monitor parts and logistics to ensure availability and quality for field support
Requirements
- Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma
- 0-1 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work non-standard business hours as required by customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within various NCR Atleos Lines of Business
- Experience in a managed services or outsourcing environment
- Knowledge of Cash Management, CIT Management, or Availability Analytics
