About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain client governance models to drive service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage service performance delivery by monitoring KPIs and SLA results
  • Ensure accurate asset entitlement and endpoint registration under service contracts
  • Identify and manage "bad actor" or chronic units that fail to meet quality standards
  • Drive dispatch avoidance through remote resolution and business rule tuning
  • Support customer engineers with account-specific procedures and site preparation information
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing disputes and concession approvals
  • Monitor parts and logistics to ensure availability and quality for field support

Requirements

  • Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma
  • 0-1 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work non-standard business hours as required by customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within various NCR Atleos Lines of Business
  • Experience in a managed services or outsourcing environment
  • Knowledge of Cash Management, CIT Management, or Availability Analytics
