Customer Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor strategic customer projects to drive growth
• Measure and monitor account performance and generate actionable plans
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
• Ensure product availability by monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Perform sales, forecast, and inventory analysis in collaboration with commercial partners using advanced Excel

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in key account management, administration, marketing, or sales
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong experience in database analysis
• Intermediate to advanced level of English
• Valid driver's license (standard transmission)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
