Customer Logistics Management Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Logistics Managers in optimizing end-to-end logistics flows from order to delivery
• Manage logistics cycles using SAP and CRM platforms to ensure customer visibility and quality
• Act as a proactive link between the Supply Chain and commercial teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Analyze performance data and transform complex information into actionable KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement and lean processes to increase operational reactivity
• Resolve supply flow discrepancies while ensuring data integrity and material traceability

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +4 / 5 level program in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, International Trade, or Aeronautical Engineering
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and Google Suite
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English for daily use with international subsidiaries
• Fluent proficiency in French
• Interest in digital tools such as SAP (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), or Power BI is a plus
