About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact point for customers to build long-term relationships and deliver a strong first impression.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to purchase, including strategy, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses to identify needs and provide solutions using leading cloud technologies.
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for cloud solutions in collaboration with specialists.
  • Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue pipeline using criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and maintain high daily activity levels.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the business to represent the "Voice of the Customer."

Requirements

  • Native Finnish speaker with fluent English (C1 level).
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales account management or customer management.
  • High school diploma required (BA/4-year degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps).
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and digital engagement tools.
