Customer Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers to build long-term relationships
• Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes
• Engage with small and medium businesses to identify needs and opportunities for cloud technologies
• Position competitive offerings and solutions based on customer needs
• Demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies through verbal and written communication
• Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue pipeline using BANT criteria
• Utilize social, digital, video, chat, and phone environments to manage customers
• Collect and articulate customer feedback to the business

Requirements

• Native-level Swedish (speaking and writing)
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
• Strong computer handling skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• EU passport required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
