About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to build long-term relationships
- Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes
- Engage with small and medium businesses to identify needs and opportunities for cloud technologies
- Position competitive offerings and solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies through verbal and written communication
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue pipeline using BANT criteria
- Utilize social, digital, video, chat, and phone environments to manage customers
- Collect and articulate customer feedback to the business
Requirements
- Native-level Swedish (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Strong computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
