About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to build long-term relationships
- Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes
- Engage with small and medium businesses to identify needs and cloud technology opportunities
- Position competitive solutions based on customer needs and experiences
- Demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies to prospects
- Convert qualified leads into revenue pipeline using BANT criteria
- Utilize social, digital, video, chat, and phone environments for customer management
- Collect and articulate customer feedback to the business
Requirements
- Native level Flemish speaker
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer management
- Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience
- Strong computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
