Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle across push, SMS, email, and in-app channels
- Map and simplify complex Braze Canvases to ensure scalable user flows
- Re-architect CRM logic by moving trigger and segmentation decisions into the data layer
- Make data-driven decisions on segmentation, timing, and channel selection
- Build monitoring systems to forecast expected sends versus actuals
- Partner with Product and Data teams to ship personalization experiments and drive LTV uplift
Requirements
- Experience owning lifecycle or CRM at a high-volume consumer platform
- Product, UX, or data-analytics mindset with a focus on systems and user journeys
- Proven ability to map complex user flows into scalable architecture
- Ability to make data-driven decisions regarding segmentation and channel orchestration
- Comfort reasoning about how data feeds into CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Braze
- Knowledge of email deliverability and IP-warming
- Background as a self-developer, gamer, or maker
