Customer Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the lifecycle marketing team
• Create and manage automations and campaigns to increase retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value
• Personalize communications across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels
• Use data and customer insights to build comprehensive segmentation
• Build, optimize, and scale customer journeys in platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze
• Oversee marketing automation performance and expand owned channels
• Oversee email design and messaging best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing or related functions
• 3+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC, etc.)
• Experience leading, coaching, or managing a small team
• Proven track record in developing and analyzing automated customer journeys
• Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
• Direct response marketing experience
• Familiarity with rewards, subscription programs, and loyalty flows
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience in the health or supplement space is an asset
