About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and launching customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back) using MoEngage
- Create and schedule push notification, email, and in-app/web banner campaigns aligned to the customer lifecycle stage
- Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio and compile regular performance reports
- Track user behaviour and funnel events using Firebase to identify drop-off points and engagement opportunities
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, push copy, and banner creatives; document learnings and recommend improvements
- Maintain audience segmentation lists and ensure targeting logic is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure campaign creatives are on-brand and technically sound
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for concise, compelling copy
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior exposure to any marketing automation or analytics tool is a plus
