Customer Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, project managers, and delivery teams
• Act as the first point of contact for communities, taking accountability for resolving enquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement effective engagement plans to build community awareness and trust
• Analyse and present data-driven insights to stakeholders to drive improvements in customer experience
• Identify opportunities to increase social value and corporate social responsibility within projects

Requirements

• Experience in community engagement and stakeholder management within infrastructure, utilities, or construction
• Proven track record working on capital programmes or multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong relationship management skills and an analytical mindset
• Ability to interpret and present complex data to diverse audiences
